Absolutely not. We wouldn't want sales people coming to our house if it wasn't necessary, so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote with all details of your cleaning via email. It takes about one minute to fill out the form. However, if you have a complicated situation or prefer a site visit, we will be happy to provide a free on site quote. We also discuss the details of your requirements on our first visit to make sure we know exactly what you need.

No. We bring all the equipment and professional cleaning supplies. These are all included in the price of your cleaning. However, some customers request that we use a specific product or their own vacuum. If that is the case, please let us know that you will be providing the cleaning supplies.

Scheduling Questions

We can't guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day and tasks you need, we can often meet this requirement. We will always let you know the scheduling options when we provide your pricing information.

It's completely up to you. If you're not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house. Also let us know about any pets that may need special attention.

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a 30 minute window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late (or early), you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice can be paid by credit card, check or in cash. You will receive a paper or email receipt no matter which option you choose.

Not at all. You can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don't have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.

This allows us to focus on cleaning the area rather than organizing the items. Help with organizing is a service we can provide, but the standard visit is designed to conduct a thorough cleaning.
