This extensive cleaning system focuses on the areas that are used the most, but also takes care of the little details.
How does our apartment cleaning program work?
We start with a thorough detail-clean throughout your apartment over the course of the first two cleans (while focusing on your areas of concern). On the first clean, our cleaning staff will thoroughly sanitize your apartment with special attention on your kitchen and bathrooms, followed by the common areas. On the second session, we'll clean your entire apartment, but this time we'll provide a more detailed clean in your sleeping and living areas. We'll continue to maintain this detail-clean level throughout your home on our next visits by providing the deep cleaning services on a rotating basis.
Unless you specify otherwise, we'll provide services that include the following:
- All Rooms
Dust picture frames, knick knacks, ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves and baseboards. Remove cobwebs. Vacuum carpets. Wash all floors and dry wood floors. Vacuum furniture, including under any cushions. Empty and clean waste baskets. - Bathrooms
Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks. Clean and sanitize vanities, backsplashes and toilets. Clean mirrors. Polish chrome. Wash floors and tile walls. Deodorize. - Kitchen
Clean appliances, counters, cabinets, table and chairs. Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks. Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplashes. Clean the range top and refrigerator top and exterior. Clean microwave oven inside and out. Wash floor. - Extras
Each time we clean your home, we take care of a few extra tasks in each room to make sure that your home is well-maintained. With regular cleaning service, you never need to worry about another spring cleaning again.
